When does one truly experience Peace? From going on a relaxing vacation? From being treated to a well deserved massage? Or maybe taking a gentle yoga class? While those things may help, what if the real source of Peace can be found from within you?
With the aid of guided relaxation and colorful guided imagery, you will be lead into a meditative journey of very aspect of your Self. This workshop is open to all levels of experience so regardless of whether you’re new to meditation or if you’ve been an active practitioner for years, you will enjoy a unique and calming experience that will resonate with you for the rest of the evening.

When Jonah Montes had first unrolled his yoga mat, he would’ve never imagined he was just beginning to unravel a path to a life long journey of self discovery. In the 5 years of being a student of the practice, Jonah used yoga and meditation to overcome his struggles with insomnia. Jonah now hopes to use his past experience as a lense to help guided those who may be coping with issues of sleep, stress, and anxiety. Jonah is also a naturally talented musician who combines his love for music with guided imagery meditation to provide a unique healing experience for all to enjoy!
