This is a Sequencing Course for Yoga Teachers. Participants will learn how to craft safe, creative and life changing Yoga practices for students of all backgrounds and health conditions.

The aim is to learn how to teach students of different levels together in one class, skillfully teach breath-centered asana, sequence around a key pose, lead meditation and pranayama practices to create a specific effect and integrate the subtle aspects of Yoga into their teachings, such as the philosophy, mantra, guided meditation and sound healing.

Key Components of our Teaching Style

  • Moving in and out of a pose before holding (dynamic vs static movement)
  • Function over form
