How to Manage Your MindBodyOnline Schedule

To manage your MBO schedule and you do not have a MB log in and password, please email Alex@bethechangeyoga.com.

MBO will send you an email reminding you of your scheduled session but, it will be your responsibility to check your MBO account the day before and the day of that you are open for privates to confirm.  Note, if you have any dates that you know will be away, please also let Alex know so she can block them for you. If you become aware of a time that you will not be free during your regular hours, you can indicate that in your schedule or let the front desk know and they will assist you.

Steps to Log-In and View Your Private Sessions

Below are the steps on logging into MB and viewing your Private Sessions – appointments. It is very simply, I promise.

1.       Use a browser and navigate to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=47092

2.       Enter your MB User Name and Password.

3.       Click Private Sessions tab.

You may click on your appointment to view details.

Please verify the Service or the type of appointment being scheduled.

For example: If your client purchased a 3-pack and they are scheduled for a single session, you can change the Service field so it reflect the proper type of appointment and will check out properly for your client.

How to Mark Your Schedule Unavailable in MindBodyOnline

Alex has loaded your provided schedules.  Thank you for sending them in a timely fashion!

As a reminder, MBO will send you an email reminding you of your scheduled session but, it will be your responsibility to check your MBO account the day before and the day of that you are open for privates to confirm.

If you have any dates that you know will be away, you can log in to MB online and mark your time as Unavailable. Alex is providing instructions below to help walk you through the steps to update your Unavailability.

1.       Use a browser and navigate to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=47092

2.       Enter your MB User Name and Password.

3.       Click Private Sessions tab.

4.       Filter by date.

5.       Filer by Instructor to display your specific information.

6.       Click on a block of available time.

7.       Select Mark as Unavailable.

8.       Confirm the Unavailable button is selected. Type “Away” in the Reason field.

9.       Enter the date and times you are not available.
Note, if you are scheduled for a class or an appointment is booked on calendar, MB will not allow you to mark the time as Unavailable. You must remove those times from the schedule before you may mark the time.

10.       Click the Add button.
