The essence of Yoga Therapy is developing a heart-to-heart relationship. We don’t treat diseases, we heal people. These sessions are taught by Certified Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) and are appropriate for students with specific health conditions that are not addressed in a group class or students looking for customized Yoga practices to improve overall health and wellbeing.
