Work with one of our 850-hour yoga therapist trainees. He / she will develop a customized yoga plan to meet your specific health needs. Our Yoga Therapy Clinic is open between May and August while our trainees are conducting practicum hours. This is a great opportunity to experience yoga therapy at a discounted rate.
We recommend 6 yoga therapy sessions. Yoga therapy is not a quick fix, changing our health and improving our habits and patterns takes time as the therapeutic relationship develops and practices evolve over time.
Sessions 1 and 5 will be supervised by a practicum supervisor either in person or via FaceTime.
Yoga Therapists work with students one-on-one to assist them in creating positive change in all aspects of life. Whether the student is experiencing a specific health condition such as low back pain, sciatica, depression, anxiety, stress management etc., or is looking to upgrade outdated habits; Yoga Therapists are trained to develop customized practices to meet the students needs, achieve goals and faithfully oversee the students progress as they move out of imbalance and towards a state of optimal health and joy.
