Stacey Tropple, E-RYT 500, is a passionate yoga teacher, educator, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor in training with a background in Positive Psychology from Concordia University. She’s taught yoga & meditation classes throughout Orange County since 2014, and she shares specialty workshops ranging from Women’s Empowerment to Ayurveda for Daily Wellness, and Thrive Yoga for Stress Relief. Stacey believes that yoga is the key to unlocking the healer within us all.
