As home to Orange County’s first and only Yoga Therapist Training\, we’ve been leading yoga teacher training since 2010 and yoga therapy training since 2016! \nWe are passionate about making the life-enhancing wisdom teachings of Yoga Therapy accessible to all; which is why we proudly offer In-Studio + Virtual Training options designed to best meet your needs.  \nIf you’re interested\, this is the best place to start! \nWe’d love for you to join us in our up-coming Info Meeting where you can meet the Program Director\, Katie Allen to learn more about the program and decide if this is right for you. \nOur next yoga therapy course: Yoga Therapy for Musculoskeletal Ailments is led by Dr. Tess O’Hern and begins October 26th\, 2024. In this 120-hour course\, you will learn to work effectively with clients with specific musculoskeletal ailments whether in a group class or one-on-one setting. \nThis course meets from October and continues through April with 100% online option. Trainees will learn to conduct client intake and physical assessments for common musculoskeletal ailments. In addition\, trainees will learn clinical documentation\, ethics\, yoga therapy scope of practice\, and professional practices. \nClasses meets from October and continues through April.
