DESCRIPTION:Workshop Overview\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n \n\nJoin Helena Gorka for a transformative Family Constellation Workshop!\n\n \n\nSome of our greatest difficulties (addictions\, depression\, finances\, illness) can be taken on as we  unconsciously carry the burdens of the past. Hidden love and loyalty towards someone in our family lineage often going back several generations. Through the constellation process\, hidden dynamics are revealed and used as tools to bring balance back into the family system.  \nBy honoring each member’s fate without judgment\, the orders of love are restored\, allowing love and strength to flow\, nourish\, and heal.  \nMuch of Constellation work is about releasing inherited trauma and gaining the support and strength of the ancestors where our lives came from.  As we work through these issues we often experience personal growth and find that energy is released to be able to live our own lives fully\, cleared from the traumas and loyalties of the past. \nThe work is usually done in a group setting where an individual chooses to work on a specific issue in his or her life. Representatives are chosen from the group to represent certain family  members who are then set up intuitively in what is called a “constellation.” The representatives simply remain present to their experiences. As they are placed\, a “knowing field” is formed as the representatives begin to receive actual feelings of the person they are representing. It is not role-playing and there is no acting out. The representatives report their feelings to the facilitator when asked\, or movements are made with the facilitator’s guidance by the representatives from a deep soul experience. \nFrom the information obtained through this process\, family members who may have been lost or excluded in some way in the past are brought into the space.  \nThrough simple yet powerful sentences and soul movements directed by the facilitator\, we move towards resolution\,  becoming more able to enter strongly into own lives and hold our rightful place in our current family. Balance is brought to ourselves\, our work\, and our community. It was there that she also discovered and studied various spiritual disciplines. \nShe spent a year in Quebec\, Canada\, training as a yoga instructor with Swami Vishnudevanada of Sivananda Yoga\, and then returned to London to assist in opening the first Sivananda Yoga Centre in Britain. \n					\n				\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				When she moved to the US in the late 1970s she continued her study and teaching of yoga\, and discovered the profound healing effects of Bach Flower Essences and Family (Systemic) Constellation Work. Most recently she trained in the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. \n“I realize the importance of Self Care and am especially excited about using Yoga\, Bach Flower Essences and the self help holds of Jin Shin Jyutsu’s healing touch. With these tools we can move into greater health and well-being.” \n“One of the greatest joys in life is when I get to spend time with my two grandchildren\, who live in England\, so whenever I get a chance I talk on Skype and go to visit them. Here’s a photo of my granddaughter doing her version of a Jin Shin Jyutsu hold on her brother to stop his hiccups!”
