Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute offers a wide array of yoga therapy classes for specific health conditions. Join us for our 6-week class series to learn safe adaptations of yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and lifestyle practices to improve specific health conditions. Our yoga therapy classes offer tools for self-reflection and self-refinement, empowering our students to create positive change in every aspect of life.

Yoga Therapy for Restful Sleep

Learn simple yoga techniques to calm the mind, release muscular tension and get a good night’s sleep! Yoga practices have been shown to improve overall sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep latency and duration (Halpern et al., 2014). This 6-week course will introduce basic yoga postures that have a calming effect on the mind, as well as breathwork and meditation practices that you can integrate into your bedtime routine.

This all-levels class is appropriate for students of all ages and abilities.
