We recognize that this has been really hard. Going through the COVID experience was not what we expected, and we have all been  doing our best to take care of ourselves and our loved ones during this time. We also know that the quarantine conditions have had innumerable consequences on our physical, mental, emotional, economic, and social wellbeing. Here at Be The Change, we have been using all of our tools to ride these waves and increase resiliency individually and collectively. Together, we are entering into a new era where we can un-quarantine our minds and consciously create a healthier and more fulfilling existence. Gathering together, we can remind each other of how we want to live and how to make self-care a priority. Luckily Yoga offers time-tested tools to improve every aspect of life, and that’s what we’re here to do: to Practice, to Connect, to Uplift each other and Guide each other home. We’re here for you and we look forward to seeing you on the mat.

We believe Yoga is so much more than a physical practice, it is the art and science of self-reflection and self-refinement. We provide group classes for students of all levels, backgrounds and health conditions in non-heated studios, while integrating tools for self-care and personal development into every class.

200hr Yoga Training

Offering a 100% online option for the first time! Dive into the study and practice of Yoga, while learning self-care tools for personal empowerment and to share with others.

Next 16-week course starts January 27th, 2021.

300hr Advanced Training

This 12-month program builds upon the 200hr foundation and focuses on how to correctly customize yogic practices for group and private settings. New 100% online option available!

850hr Therapist Training

Home to OC’s first and only Yoga Therapist Training. Build an integrative medicine career! New 26-month online training option!

Our Yoga Therapist Training is one of only 45 IAYT accredited programs in the US, and it all starts here.

This 200hr training provides the foundations of yoga therapy, where you will learn to think critically and carefully adapt practices to meet the needs of individual students.
