300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Enrich Your Life.
Elevate Your Career.

Foundations of Yoga Therapy · RYT500 · Irvine, CA + Zoom · All Classes Recorded

We believe yoga therapy is lifestyle medicine. The practices you'll study in this training — breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, philosophy, sequencing, and the subtle tools of the yogic tradition — are not just things you'll teach. They are practices that will transform your own life first.

Over 12 months, you'll strengthen your personal self-care, deepen your relationships, and cultivate a more sustained sense of joy and purpose. You'll do all of this inside a warm, uplifting community of like-minded teachers and practitioners who are growing alongside you. And you'll emerge as a genuinely confident, well-trained yoga teacher with the foundational skills to work therapeutically — one-on-one — with your clients.

This is personal transformation and professional development, woven together — exactly as yoga intends.

Next cohort begins October 10, 2026 · In-Studio (Irvine, CA) or Zoom · All sessions recorded.

02

The Teacher Looking for More

You completed your 200hr training and you're hungry for more, more feedback, more depth, more confidence in front of a class.

Yoga Therapy as Lifestyle Medicine

Our curriculum is rooted in the understanding that yoga therapy is lifestyle medicine, a preventative, root-cause, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing. Led by faculty holding a Master of Public Health (Katie Allen, MPH, E-RYT500, C-IAYT) and a Master's in Functional Medicine (Allison Prince, MS, E-RYT500, C-IAYT), every month you'll explore how the tools of yoga support genuine healing in yourself and the people you serve.

Practice Teaching Every Month, With Real Feedback

From your very first month, you will teach in front of your peers and receive direct, constructive feedback from credentialed yoga therapists. This is the most important thing we do, and the thing that most yoga trainings skip entirely. You'll progress from foundational cueing through sequencing, subtle body integration, and therapeutic adaptations, building real competence and confidence at every step.

```
"Most yoga teacher trainings produce graduates who have watched hundreds of videos but have never stood in front of a class. We built this program to change that — one monthly practice teaching session at a time."
Months 1–6
Supervised Group Teaching
Once per month, you'll teach a 10-minute segment in a live Be The Change group class, supervised by BTC staff. Real students, real-time feedback, and the warm support of your cohort behind you.
Months 7–12
Independent Teaching
You step into your own power, leading a 60-minute group class or 1:1 client session independently from your own teaching space. By this point you'll have the tools, the experience, and your community behind you.
The Bridge
From Yoga Teacher
to Yoga Therapist.
This program is intentionally designed as the first step in a complete professional pathway. If you feel called to go deeper, to work clinically, serve your community as a health educator, and be part of the growing movement bringing yoga therapy into healthcare, this is where that journey begins.
Every hour you invest here counts toward the C-IAYT, the gold standard credential in yoga therapy. Through our partnership with AlcheMē Natural Health Institute (ANHI), our advanced graduates go on to become credentialed yoga therapists and public health educators, building condition-specific programs that create careers, serve communities, and advance the shift of healthcare toward prevention, root cause, and whole-person wellbeing.
