At the heart of our curriculum is one core principle: Yoga must be adapted to the individual. Safety, intelligent sequencing, nervous system regulation, and therapeutic application guide everything we teach. Students learn not only how to instruct movement, but how to assess, observe, and skillfully apply the full spectrum of yoga tools including asana, pranayama, meditation, subtle body theory, Ayurveda, and sustainable lifestyle practices.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Foundations of Yoga, Self-Mastery & Lifestyle Medicine
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Orange County is a transformational 7-month immersion designed for dedicated students ready to deepen their practice and step into leadership. This foundational training blends classical yoga philosophy, intelligent asana, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle practices rooted in Ayurveda and modern wellness science.
More than learning to teach poses, you’ll explore the psychology of yoga, nervous system regulation, and the foundations of sustainable self-care. Graduates receive their RYT-200 certification and leave with the confidence to teach safe, skillful, heart-centered classes.

300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Therapeutic Teaching & Subtle Body Mastery
Our 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is for certified teachers who are ready to elevate their impact and refine their craft through a therapeutic lens.
This 12-month professional training dives into subtle body theory, trauma-informed teaching, nervous system regulation, Ayurveda, and lifestyle medicine principles. You’ll learn to skillfully teach diverse populations in group settings while integrating therapeutic sequencing and individualized care.
Graduates become stronger educators, more intuitive facilitators, and confident leaders in integrative health.
This program also serves as Course 1 of our IAYT-Accredited 825-Hour Yoga Therapist Training Program. making it the gateway into professional Yoga Therapy certification. Teachers may begin each April or take a la carte weekend intensive classes throughout the year.

825-Hour IAYT-Accredited Yoga Therapist Training
Professional Certification in Yoga Therapy & Lifestyle Medicine
We proudly offer Orange County’s only IAYT-Accredited 825-Hour Yoga Therapist Training Program, preparing graduates to become Certified Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT).
This comprehensive professional program is designed for experienced yoga teachers who are ready to integrate yoga therapy, Ayurveda, subtle body science, and lifestyle medicine into clinical and one-on-one therapeutic settings.
Our four-course modular structure allows flexibility while maintaining academic rigor:
- Course #1 Principles of AlcheMē Yoga Therapy – Foundations of therapeutic assessment and relationship (300hr YTT equivalent) – begins every April
- Course #2 Yoga Therapy for Musculoskeletal Ailments (120 hours) – begins every October
- Course #3 Yoga Therapy for the Energetic Body and Human Systems (98 hours) – begins every May
- Course #4 Yoga Therapy for Mental Health and Special Populations (125 or 172 hours) – begins every January
