Amy Harper, Yoga Therapist

I’m a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), specializing in trauma, grief, neurodivergence, and mental health. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed lens, I integrate therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic movement to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

My work is shaped by years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex mental health challenges. I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, attuned space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, reclaim a sense of agency, and move through grief or trauma at their own pace.

In addition to my yoga therapy training, I’m certified in BASI Pilates and hold an international certification in Spiritual Direction. My approach bridges evidence-based practices with spiritual coaching, offering a grounded yet soul-centered path to healing. Whether working one-on-one or in groups, I honor each client’s unique journey, supporting them in cultivating self-trust, deeper awareness, and an embodied connection to something greater than themselves.
