I’ve been teaching yoga professionally since 2013 and currently offer one-on-one Yoga Therapy to individuals navigating a range of conditions, including chronic pain, pulmonary fibrosis and other lung-related illnesses, anxiety, and addiction recovery.
I completed my 200-hour training with Black Dog Yoga in 2013, my 300-hour training with Be the Change Yoga in 2019, and my Yoga Therapist certification with AlcheMe Yoga Therapy in 2024. Taking a whole-person approach, I support clients through self-reflection, intention-setting, and personalized practices including movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation. I offer sessions via Zoom, making it easy for clients to engage in healing practices from the comfort of their own homes.
