Group Yoga Classes
Our general group yoga therapy classes offer tools for stress and pain management, while improving strength, balance and flexibility. All classes are in-studio with livestream options. Classes are included in our monthly membership with additional package options available.
One on One Services
Work with one of our natural health providers to receive a customized treatment plan to address your specific needs and health conditions. Services include: Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Private Yoga, Reiki and Yoga Therapy.
Trainings
Home to OC’s first and only Yoga Therapist Training Program, we offer the highest level of training in the county! Students can join us for 200hr teacher training programs, 300hr advanced teacher training programs as well as our 850hr yoga therapist training program.
Lifestyle Medicine Membership
Finally a personalized, root-cause, and resilience-based model of care designed to address the gaps in both conventional and holistic healthcare.
By integrating Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Naturopathic Medicine, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Spiritual Counseling, and Nutritional Counseling into one coordinated monthly membership, we offer clients affordable access to a dedicated team of practitioners who work collaboratively to deliver customized, empowerment-based care. The program begins with a comprehensive intake process, followed by a tailored wellness plan and ongoing support through 2, 4, or 8 sessions per month. Paired with a beautiful 12-month workbook, supplemental online course, and monthly workshops, the LMM guides clients toward greater self-awareness, sustainable lifestyle shifts, and long-term vitality — rooted in the principles of resilience medicine.
