A Therapeutic & Nervous System–Centered Approach to Spinal Healing
This class is thoughtfully designed for those living with chronic back pain, spinal conditions, or recurring discomfort. Blending evidence-informed movement with therapeutic yoga principles, we focus on restoring safety, stability, and ease in the body.
Rather than pushing or stretching aggressively, this practice emphasizes:
- Gentle, intelligent mobility for the spine
- Core stabilization and functional strength
- Nervous system regulation and pain reprocessing support
- Breathwork to reduce muscular guarding and inflammation
- Restorative postures for deep release and recovery
The workshop integrates mindful movement, somatic awareness, and breath-centered techniques to help calm the nervous system—an essential component in chronic pain relief. Modifications and supportive props are offered throughout, making this class accessible for conditions such as herniated discs, sciatica, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, arthritis, and postural strain.
You will leave feeling supported, empowered, and more at home in your body—with practical tools you can use in daily life. This is not about “fixing” the back. It is about building resilience, trust, and sustainable strength from within.
