Join Katy Allen for a small-group Neurogenic Yoga™ workshop—a supportive practice designed to release stress and tension while reconnecting you with your body’s natural wisdom.

 

Through simple yoga postures, you’ll gently activate the body’s natural stress-relieving mechanism (neurogenic tremors). This practice helps ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance and resilience.

 

Please note: Neurogenic tremoring is a natural physiological process, not a form of therapy. This workshop is not recommended for those who are pregnant or experiencing severe psychiatric conditions. Katy Allen completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Be The Change in Irvine, CA (2023) and earned a 225-hour dual certification in the trauma-sensitive practices of Neurogenic Yoga™ and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) in 2025. She also teaches gentle flow, chair, and yin yoga.
