Through the support of props and long holds the body is able to rest & let go in Restorative Yoga. To achieve deeper relaxation, hot stones are placed on the body during the long holds to further release tension and provide a grounding experience. Hot Stone Restorative

Workshop is limited to 12 sign ups and all participants will receive a small take home gift. We encourage participants to bring socks and a light long sleeve top.

After class, Samantha will share a brief overview of her upcoming Rest & Reclaim Teacher Training for anyone feeling called to go deeper. There’s no pressure to join — this pop-up is truly for everyone, whether you’re simply craving restorative rest or exploring the next step in your yoga journey.

If you’ve been longing for quiet, healing, and deep relaxation, this class is the perfect place to begin.
