Community Acupuncture

Healing in Harmony.

The collective energy of a shared space enhances individual healing.

This fifty-minute group acupuncture session welcomes up to ten participants to relax in a serene, shared space. Each person lies comfortably on a yoga mat and receives gentle acupuncture focused on front-body points, primarily on the hands, feet, arms, legs, and ears.

Community-style acupuncture makes high-quality care more accessible and encourages consistency by offering treatment in a peaceful group environment. Sessions are open to all, whether you are seeking relief from stress, pain, or fatigue, or simply looking to support your overall wellbeing.

Gentle needling on front-body points only — hands, feet, arms, legs, and ears
