2/1 Living The Dream: 1-Day Bhavana Retreat

Workshop Overview
An Afternoon of Intention, Imagination, and Action
Living the dream is not about chasing an ideal future. It’s about intentionally shaping the life you are already living.
Bhavana is the yogic practice of cultivating a heartfelt vision. It is the art of orienting your mind, energy, and actions toward what you are becoming, while releasing what no longer serves you.
Join Katie and Allison for Living The Dream: A 1-Day Bhavana Retreat, a nourishing in-studio experience designed to help you clear residual patterns from the past year, clarify what truly matters, and consciously align with the life you want to live now. This immersive six-hour retreat blends yoga, meditation, reflection, creative integration, and deep rest to support clarity, embodiment, and sustainable change.
The afternoon begins with a grounding opening circle and an intentional yoga practice focused on releasing old beliefs, habits, and emotional residue. From there, you will be guided through the practice of bhavana, learning how to clarify your intentions, connect with how you want to feel, and translate vision into meaningful, realistic action.
Through guided meditation, discussion, journaling, and a hands-on bhavana integration activity, you will create a personalized vision that supports key areas of your life, including self-care, relationships, lifestyle, family, career, and purpose. The day concludes with a deeply restorative and receptive practice, allowing your intentions to settle into the body and nervous system, followed by a closing circle to share and integrate.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be nourished with tea, snacks, and a catered lunch, and receive printed materials to support reflection and integration beyond the day.
