Yoga Nidra
Join Lisa Espinosa (BTC Yoga Teacher Training Graduate) for a 4-week series where you will learn about the practice of Yoga Nidra. The practice is like a very long savasana, where you rest in a comfortable position and listen to a guided meditation that rotates your consciousness throughout the body. Yoga Nidra can be defined as: sleep with trace awareness or conscious deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a conscious state that occurs between waking consciousness and dreaming consciousness, also known as “sleepless sleep.”
