Yoga & Blooms: A Fragrant Fusion Workshop

Join us for a unique and inspiring workshop that blends the serenity of yoga with the art of floral creation! This all-levels experience combines gentle yoga practice with the mindful craft of flower arranging, guiding you to connect with the beauty, scent, strength, and vibrant colors of homegrown blooms.

Through breath and movement, our gentle yoga session will awaken your senses and cultivate awareness, setting the stage for a creative floral journey. Led by an experienced gardener, you’ll receive expert tips on arranging flowers and create your own stunning bouquet to take home.

Carol Stanley, RYT500

 
500 RYT Carol Stanley is a dedicated yoga teacher and lifelong practitioner whose passion lies in empowering others through the transformative practice of yoga. Carol brings depth, compassion, and presence to every class she leads.
 
Drawing on her background in photography, Carol’s teaching style is uniquely descriptive and creatively expressive—guiding students to tell their own stories through movement, breath, and stillness. Her classes are crafted with sensitivity and intuition, meeting each student exactly where they are on any given day.
 
Carol believes that the breath is a gateway inward—a tool for cultivating strength, clarity, and inner peace. Through mindful sequences and intentional breathwork, she invites students to explore self-awareness, reconnect with their bodies, and uncover the strength that already lives within.

Meg Lewis RYT500

Meg is a 500 RYT yoga instructor and has been an avid gardener for years. Meg recently completed the master gardener program through UC Cooperative Extension. She teaches chair and mat yoga for seniors. She guides students promoting mobility, balance, and mindfulness.
 
As an avid gardener, Meg enjoys sharing bouquets from flowers we can all grow in our own backyards. She leads workshops blending yoga with the art of flowers, inspiring others to get grounded and connect with nature’s vibrant beauty.
