8/29 Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and Soundbath Experience

August 29 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
$45

Workshop Overview

Breathe. Rest. Restore.

Step into an evening of deep relaxation and energetic renewal. This 90-minute candlelit experience weaves together the healing practices of Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing to gently guide your nervous system into a state of profound rest.

You will be led through a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, often described as “yogic sleep,” designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and access deep layers of healing and awareness. As you rest comfortably, hands-on Reiki energy healing and chakra-balancing sound vibrations surround you, supporting release, integration, and restoration on every level.

Join Karen and Jonah for this nourishing community gathering, open to all levels of experience. Whether you are feeling stressed, depleted, or simply craving stillness, this workshop offers a sanctuary for reflection, relaxation, and renewal.

Space is limited.

This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels, backgrounds, and bodies.

Karen Duganier, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher

Certified in the Usui Reiki Tradition 12 years ago I am both a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master. Teaching a Gentle class with Reiki is the perfect centering practice and classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also offer private Reiki sessions on the days that I teach and conduct Reiki training workshops. In the event you want a healing session on another day, please reach out to the studio and we can arrange a time that works best. Join me and come hOMe to you!

Jonah Montes, Yoga Teacher

I started teaching Yoga in 2015 because I realized there is so much more to the practice than just the physical benefits: there is healing and growth. As a teacher, I hope to share the healing aspect of yoga to anyone who is in need of it. I love teaching Yoga because I not only get to contribute to a student’s yoga journey as a guide but also as a witness to the growth and progression they experience through their practice.

My teaching style is gentle Yin-inspired Restorative Yoga with elements of Viniyoga.
