Event Overview
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and rejuvenation with “Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Touch,” led by Samantha Saldivar (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®). In this 90-minute session, you’ll be guided through calming, supported postures enhanced by soothing aromatherapy and gentle, therapeutic touch to help release tension and restore balance to your mind and body. Samantha brings over 1,000 hours of yoga education and specialized training in Restorative Yoga through Relax and Renew® Level 1 and 2 with Judith Hanson Lasater. Teaching since 2016, she draws from introspective yoga lineages to create a compassionate, nurturing space for rest and renewal. Passionate about advocating for Sacred Rest in a culture that often overlooks it, Samantha’s work is rooted in helping students reconnect to stillness, healing, and joy. Beyond the mat, she’s an aspiring homesteader, animal lover, and creative spirit who delights in finding beauty in everyday life
