Yoga Therapists utilize a multi-dimensional model to understand the clients specific needs, assessing physical, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing and then offer tools at every level to improve relationships, lifestyle, career, self-care practices, diet, posture, musculoskeletal conditions, lung capacity, stress management, digestion, communication, mental clarity, mindset, emotional patterns, perception of reality and spiritual practices. In effect, Yoga Therapists assess and treat the whole person and are considered lifestyle management experts!

These sessions are taught by Certified Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) and are appropriate for students with specific health conditions that are not addressed in a group class or students looking for customized Yoga practices to improve overall health and wellbeing.
