Be-Ginners (B)

This class is for students of all-levels whether this is your first time or you are an experienced student wanting to come back to the foundations. Be-Ginners provides in depth explanations of foundational Yoga postures, focusing on alignment, the importance of breath and calming the mind. This class will help you to connect to your body, reduce stress and improve focus on and off the mat. (ALL-LEVELS)

be Inspired (B/1)

This class builds upon the foundation of our Beginners Program, teaching students how to pair breath and movement in gentle fluid sequences. You will be inspired as your Yoga practice becomes more graceful and you are introduced to the deeper layers of Yogic philosophy and meditation. (BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE)
