1/24 Rest and Reclaim Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Course Overview
Rooted in the foundational principles of Restorative Yoga, as guided by Judith Hanson Lasater’s lineage, this immersive program offers a unique focus on the collective reclaiming of our right to rest, to heal, and to thrive in a world that often demands otherwise. This training delves deeper, exploring rest as a sacred practice, a form of resistance, and a pathway to profound personal and collective transformation.
This training is more than just learning poses; it’s an invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
Students will emerge not only as a certified Restorative Yoga teacher, but as an advocate for rest, equipped to guide others towards a more peaceful, just, and thriving existence.
Join us in reclaiming our birthright to rest and creating a ripple effect of healing in the world.
