2/3 Yoga Therapy for Digestion
February 3 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm$99
This workshop is for Yoga Teachers
Balanced gut function is the foundation of all health. This training will offer you essential knowledge that will help you maintain a healthy and highly functioning body, heart, and mind.
Join integrative medicine practitioner Terra Gold as she shares ancient and modern East/West perspectives on the pivotally important role digestion plays in regulating our health.
In this training, you’ll learn how to:
- Build a sense of an internal foundation through supporting the health of your gut (also referred to as the “root brain”)
- Strengthen your sense of center (through clearing up murky residue in your gut)
- Develop clearer perception, communication, and understanding, as well as an ability to better articulate yourself and your thoughts and emotions
- Cultivate your ability to share your innate wisdom and gifts from the inside out
You’ll leave this workshop with vital tools to support daily digestive care. You’ll be able to better decipher what’s working well in your diet and eating habits and what’s not, and you’ll have a clearer sense of how to implement practices that are right for you. Whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore, this workshop will provide you with the resources you need to begin operating at a higher level and living a vibrant, healthful life.
