We are so glad that you are interested in our 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Program!
We’d love for you to join us in our up-coming Info Meeting where you can meet the Program Directors, Allison and Katie to learn more about the program and decide if this is right for you.
In this training you will add a therapeutic lens to your professional offerings. You’ll learn to safely teach students of all backgrounds in a group class setting, while integrating subtle body tools and self-care practices to be used off the mat. In addition, you’ll learn the basic principles of a therapeutic relationship to start working one-on-one with your clients. This is the future of integrative medicine! We’d love to have you join us!

Our 300 hour Yoga Alliance certified course will prepare you to teach students of all levels and backgrounds in a group class or private setting, as well as provide the tools to develop a thriving Yoga career.

Next 300hr Advanced Yoga Training Begins February 22nd, 2025
This program is for Yoga Teachers who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training who seek to advance their knowledge in Yogic Studies and understand the totality of yogic practices as a therapeutic modality.
You’ll learn to safely teach students of all backgrounds in a group class setting while integrating subtle body tools and self-care practices to be used off the mat. In addition, you’ll learn the basic principles of a therapeutic relationship to start working one-on-one with your clients. This 11-month program also comprises Level 1 of our IAYT accredited Yoga Therapist Training Program | Foundations of AlcheMe Yoga Therapy.
