Be The Change Yoga – Blue Room, Red Room & Tea House
Step into a space of healing, inspiration, and community connection at our Wellness Faire — a special gathering where you can experience the best of our integrative healing modalities. Learn from leading practitioners in Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Yoga Therapy, Reiki, and Meditation as you explore new pathways to wellness. This nourishing community event also introduces our groundbreaking Lifestyle Medicine Membership, a community-based, root-cause, and resilience-focused model of care designed to help you achieve your long-term wellness goals.
Spend 3 hours immersed in nourishing wisdom and self-care with us on a beautiful Saturday afternoon!
Choose one of the two paths below (Group Acupuncture or Yoga Therapy), and the price includes the entire 3-hour Wellness Faire experience.

2:00–2:30 PM – Lifestyle Medicine with Katie, Allison, & Caroline (Blue Room)
2:30–3:30 PM – Sessions
- Group Acupuncture (Blue Room | 10 spots)
- Intro to Yoga Therapy, Reiki & Meditation (Red Room | 15 spots)
3:30–4:30 PM – Ayurveda as Lifestyle Medicine with Mas Vidal (Blue Room | 40 spots)
4:30–5:00 PM – Closing with Katie Allen and practitioners

Crystal Anderson, LAc, NCCAOM
Crystal Anderson, LAc, NCCAOM, is a visionary entrepreneur and mother of four dedicated to helping others achieve their healthiest lives. With degrees in Biological Sciences and a Master’s from Five Branches University, she began her career specializing in fertility and pregnancy acupuncture. Her experience in stroke rehabilitation inspired her to found California Mobile Acupuncture, offering in-home holistic healthcare. Crystal is a passionate advocate for natural wellness and women entrepreneurs, championing goal-setting, focus, and giving back.
Ayurveda

Mas Vidal
Yogi, mystic, and practitioner of Ayurveda, Mas has become an influential teacher, speaker, and author of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Vedantic philosophy. His diverse background includes athletics, therapeutics, science, ecology, all of which he integrates into a dynamic synthesis that has lead him to become an innovative voice in the field of integral yoga and Ayurveda. In 2017 his innovative work in the field was published, Sun, Moon & Earth: The Sacred Relationship of Yoga & Ayurveda is now available in over 15 countries and translated into several languages and he continues to inspire many to live an evolutionary life. His latest literary work “The Evolution Revolution” releases late in 2021.
Yoga Therapy

Allison Martin Prince C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, CMT
The Yoga Therapy track is led by Allison Prince. She co-founded Be The Change Yoga and is the School Director for the 200-hour Teacher Training Program. She has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and has taught more than 10,000 hours.
She received her yoga therapist training from AlcheMe Yoga Therapy and specializes in women’s health and fertility. She is passionate about weaving the subtle body practices into her yoga classes, including mantras, mudras, and meditation kriyas. She has also trained in Kundalini Yoga and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Functional Medicine.
Lifestyle Medicine

Katie Allen, MPH, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500
The Lifestyle Medicine portion is led by Katie Allen. She co-founded Be The Change Yoga and is the School Director for the 300-hour Teacher Training Program and 850-hour Yoga Therapist Training. She received her Master’s degree in Public Health from Tulane University and wrote her thesis on Yoga’s Ability to Prevent and Treat Chronic Diseases.
Since then, her mission is to use her public health lens as a means of advancing the field of Yoga Therapy. She develops yoga therapy program for hospitals, health systems and founded AlcheMe Yoga Therapy, a professional yoga therapy organization consisting of education, research, program implementation and job creation.
