10/12 Understanding the Bhagavad Gita
October 12 @ 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm
$150
Course Overview
Ancient Wisdom for Modern Life
The Bhagavad Gita is a timeless guide for navigating the complexities of life with clarity, purpose, and grace. While the Yoga Sutras offer tools for inner transformation and self-realization, the Gita expands the conversation into the realm of relationships, purpose (dharma), and sacred action (karma).
In this immersive one-day workshop, we’ll explore how the core teachings of the Gita apply to the challenges and opportunities of modern life.
Through lecture, discussion, and reflection, we’ll dive into powerful yogic concepts such as:
- Dharma (life purpose)
- Karma (right action)
- Bhakti (devotion)
- Jnana (knowledge)
- Meditation and detachment
- And how to integrate these into daily life for deeper fulfillment
This workshop will illuminate the most practical and universal lessons of this sacred text — making it relevant not just for spiritual seekers, but for anyone committed to living a conscious, purpose-driven life.
