3/10 Group Acupuncture + Restorative Yoga

Join us for a very special evening of group acupuncture and restorative yoga! Class size is limited to 10 students. Experienced Gentle Yoga Teacher Karen Duganier will guide you through breathwork, meditation, and restorative yoga postures that are held for longer periods of time and supported by blankets and blocks.
While holding the postures, our resident acupuncturist Jeff Naber, DACM, LAC., will offer acupuncture treatments where the thin needles are placed primarily on the front of the body and mainly on distal points (legs, arms, hands, feet, ears, etc.).
This workshop is open to students of all ages, abilities, and health conditions.

Jeff Naber, DACM, LAC
Jeff Naber, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist. Jeff was born and raised in Orange County, CA and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and his Doctorate from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Jeff was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2012 which led to his discovery of natural and alternative medicines.
When Jeff is not in the clinic treating patients, he can be found somewhere out in the mountains hiking, biking, climbing, camping, jumping in the water or snowboarding. Jeff is also an Ironman Arizona 2014 finisher and is training for Ironman Arizona 2022.
Karen Duganier, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher
Certified in the Usui Reiki Tradition 12 years ago I am both a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master. Teaching a Gentle class with Reiki is the perfect centering practice and classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also offer private Reiki sessions on the days that I teach and conduct Reiki training workshops.
