Course Overview
Refine your skills in subtle healing modalities for therapeutic sessions.
Explore the power of subtle body tools to support deep healing and transformation. In this 9-hour training, yoga teachers and therapists will receive a comprehensive introduction to the use of mantras, mudras, nyasa, guided meditations, and affirmations as tools within the therapeutic context.
Led by an Yoga Therapist, Laura Paulsell, this workshop will guide you in understanding when and how to introduce subtle body practices based on each client’s unique needs and energetic presentation.

- How to assess a client’s readiness and determine the appropriate tool

Laura Paulsell, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Laura Paulsell (C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP) is passionate about guiding others on their journey to wellness through the transformative power of yoga. Her path of teaching began at the Kula Kamala Ashram in Reading, PA, under the guidance of Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati, where she completed 500 hours of training. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in yoga studies at Loyola Marymount University, Laura specializes in Yoga Therapy. She developed an 8-week evidence-based yoga therapy program specifically designed for the caregivers of individuals in hospice care. Laura is planning to expand this program into a book for her graduate thesis. As she continues to acquire hours toward certification with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Laura is dedicated to integrating wellness yoga practices into diverse settings, including studios, hospitals, and integrative health centers. With a unique approach that often includes live music and chanting, Laura creates a peaceful, supportive environment where students can find strength and balance on and off their mats.
