Lymphatic drainage therapy is a gentle hands-on technique designed to break up blockages and congestion in our fluid, enhance immune functioning and detoxification processes in our body, and down-regulate the nervous system.
Join Jenna Bradshaw, yoga teacher and lymphatic drainage therapist, as she shares valuable information on how to tend to this integral system both on and off the mat, followed by gentle and restorative yoga infused with lymphatic drainage therapy, and a guided visualization to enhance the lymphatic flow in your body.

Jenna Bradshaw is a massage therapist and yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness field. She has been specializing in lymphatic drainage therapy for over a decade, and has over 800 hours of yoga education. She has a near-obsession with this elusive and undervalued system and loves educating anyone she meets on the importance of the lymphatic system – and the power of our breath and daily habits to influence it.
Jenna specializes in lymphatic education and consultations for all: clients, health practitioners, yoga teachers, and the like. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to learn accurate and empowering information about their lymphatic system. Creating yoga for lymphatic health is a natural intersection of her passions and supports her mission of empowering others to live their healthiest and most authentic life.
