We know that the holiday season brings with it lots of social engagements. We eat, drink and be merry to the point that we feel bloated and remorseful in January! Well… according to Yoga philosophy, everything in life is about moderation. We can still enjoy the pleasures of life without making ourselves feel sick. We’re here to help you prioritize self-care throughout the holiday season and feel strong and healthy throughout the holidays. To help you kick start your new year’s resolution, we’re launching a 2 month bingo game that will not only help you prioritize your practice but also experience new teachers, class levels and styles to open you up to new possibilities in the new year!

Only one box may be filled in per person per day. You have 60 days to fill in the Bingo card which has 25 squares. There are 3 categories of prizes. Tier One – Fill out a line across, down or diagonal. The first five students to get one of these lines will receive a Tier 1 prize. Tier Two – Fill out an X, a T or a square (outside lines of the Bingo card). The first five students who get one of these shapes wins a Be The Change water bottle! Tier Three – the first two students who complete the entire Bingo card will receive a free month of unlimited yoga in January!
