1/27 Mothers Circle

January 27, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$200

This Course is Open to All Students

“Holding Mom” is a 10 month journey designed for mothers and care-givers to experience more nourishment and a deeper sense of belonging. This is an opportunity to unite through our diverse experiences of daughterhood and motherhood, to bear witness to each other and drink from the well of sisterhood. We’ll meet once a month for two hours in an intimate group setting to explore a unique theme that will build week by week.

Within the safe container of our circle, we’ll come to know ourselves better through self-inquiry practices and the experience of being mirrored by others. We’ll use the framework of universal archetypes to do this deep dive into our own relationship with The Feminine and how that plays out in our interpersonal relationships. We’ll explore the intricate tapestry of our mind-body system; witnessing how our anatomy, physiology, psychology, sexuality and spirituality impact our daily life.

Our time together will be a blend of movement, breath work, discussion, and creative exercises aimed at providing opportunities for you to practice being on the receiving end of love, from yourself and from the group. You’ll learn the art of self-mothering and have a safe place to share your victories and your challenges to others on the same path toward wholeness. This circle is open to all, regardless of gender identify or relationship to motherhood.
