3/6 Yoga for Bone Strength Class

This On-Going Class is Open to All Students
Gain an understanding of bone loss and learn the use of dynamic tension to help increase bone strength. This class will benefit anyone interested in improving bone strength including those with osteopenia and osteoporosis. Refine your yoga poses incorporating dynamic tension to help increase bone strength. The class will cover the 12 poses used in the Yoga vs. Osteoporosis study to help increase bone strength. If you have taken the prior Bone Strength workshop this class will be a great refresher of the poses and the use of dynamic tension.
This class is suitable for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis. No yoga experience is required however a general familiarity is helpful. It is open and suitable to all levels.
